Hello. This petition was created in the hopes that a third installement in the Golden Sun series (created by Camelot Software Planning) will be made, as there has been no confirmation from either Camelot or Nintendo of such a game. The Golden Sun games, Golden Sun (2001) and Golden Sun: The Lost Age (2001-2003), left quite a few plotholes which were never thoroughly explained or in fact, explained at all, in either of the games. Examples include Sheba's lineage (is she from the moon or not), the mystery of the Anemos, as well as the whereabouts and condition of Alex after the Wise One buried him within Mt. Aleph. These as well as other questions remain unanswered. Another interesting point was the fact that "Clear Data" could be obtained at the end of the game. It was possible to transfer data to the second game, Golden Sun: The Lost Age, using the Clear Data file obtained after completing the first game, Golden Sun. The existence of such data in Golden Sun: The Lost Age seems to imply that a third game will be made. I, as well as others, believe that these facts warrant the creation of a third Golden Sun game.
