    • there is a high demand for places to skate, a purpose built indoor park would be extremely beneficial to the public by lowering the use of public amenities like the multi-storey car park.

    • A lot of people will travel from all over the country to make use of the facility - I personally know about 60 people that will make use of the skatepark.
