The Rock and Roll hall of fame has been a disgrace since it's inital opening. Due to the fact that CRITICS and WRITERS and NOT MUSICIANS or FANS pick who is in and who isnt. Wenner and Marsh ignore petitions with 10,000 plus signatures and put in who THEY want based on THEIR tastes...This is unacceptable.. Wenner is the SAME man who dissed every Zep album and Sabbath Album now praises them! Groups such as Iggy Pop, Alice Cooper, Deep Purple. Yes. Elp. king crimson and many other rock and roll classic lineups are overlooked based on the boards TASTE and not on the bands HUGELY Succesful career(s) and their HUGE fan bases. NOt to mention the many UNrock and roll inductees such as MADONNA and ABBA and RAP ARTISTS...THIS MUST STOP!
