H.R.3492 Veterans Right to Attorney Representation 2003

This bill is sitting in the Veterans Benefits Subcommittee. It is critical for Disabled Veterans to obtain needed disability benefits, allowing them to obtain an attorney to represent them during all phases of the claims filing for disability benefits. This is needed to aid veterans, coping with a complicated, confusing, exhausting, frustrated and unfriendly claims processing sytem. We need this bill to be given high priority by our representatives

    • We, as veterans , have done what some people don't have the courage to do, and in return we are treated as if we don't exsist or as if our services were not appreciated. That is no way to treat those who have put themselves in a position to have to make the ultimate sacrifice. At lease, make our pain and suffering mean something.
