H.R.3492 Veterans Right to Attorney Representation 2003

This bill is sitting in the Veterans Benefits Subcommittee. It is critical for Disabled Veterans to obtain needed disability benefits, allowing them to obtain an attorney to represent them during all phases of the claims filing for disability benefits. This is needed to aid veterans, coping with a complicated, confusing, exhausting, frustrated and unfriendly claims processing sytem. We need this bill to be given high priority by our representatives

    • Another era of Veterans coming from this War and the Government can't even care for our present Veterans. Somethings wrong with this picture. I am so ashamed of our system for the way they take care of those who fought for our Country. Our Heros need MORE help!!

    • The VA has had it's way much too long and must acquiesce to the wishes of it's charges, the Vets, whom are the only reason the "Vile'n'Adverse" [VA] exists. Shape up now, VA, or ride the "B.S. Texas Wind" out of DC next Jan. with your [GWB and the "Asses of Evil"] masters.

    • I could use representation in a Disorderly Conduct charge against me. I have appealed the Judgment decision, as I was stating my discontent with a Clerk discussing with my Psychiatrist what he (the clerk) assumed what my demeanor was. I was falsely accused and the Clerk lied under oath.
