Harry Potter and the Half blood prince delay

We the undersigned feel that Warner Bros' decision to change the release date for Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince from 21st November 2008 until july 2009 has been done without asking the public their views in the hope of making more money by delaying the film.

Harry Potter is one of the most anticipated films of the year and the following person Alan Horn, president of studio Warner Bros explained that they had decided to delay release in order to make sure of a blockbuster next summer.

This will mean that there will be a TWO YEAR delay between Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and Harry Potter and The Half Blood PRince

    • Why is it that the Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince moved to July 2009? It's so far. Fans all over the world especially here in the Philippines are so angry because they were waiting for this for months. It's just so unfair. The Warner Brothers made a decision without consulting the public. These people are the reason why Harry Potter can sold a million tickets. What if the Warner Bros. will just move it January or February. Not July because it is so far.
