Cox Communications to offer Hampton Roads the Big Ten Network

The following serves as petition for Cox Communications (Hampton Roads, VA) to carry the Big Ten Network, both in standard and High Definition coverage. We're petitioning to be afforded the same opportunity that Arizona, Ohio and Indiana have and have had for a year.

Please choose to receive this network from your main satellite feed and offer it to Hampton Roads customers, home of many military members whom come from "home" states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin.

    • There are over 2000 Penn State graduates alone in this area. This doesn't even begin to account for those just from the state. I would be willing to pay a small fee rather than changing to Verizon or Direct TV
