Twin Nova Scotia's Highway 103 from Exit 5 to 13, Upgrade from Exit 13 to 19. The people of Nova Scotia accept only action, and require it to be done by 2010.

    • Time for our government to do something about this. Our Highways need to be twinned. We also need more police on our roads giving tickets to those who just don't get the message to slow down.Once a life is lost , you can't bring them back.

    • We need this hwy done i have travelled from mahone bay to halifax for almost a year ive seen lots of acciends an almost in them cuz of other ppl.... my father has been travelin this road as well for over 20 an hes seen an very close to being in them as well!!!
