WHEREAS the online game Granado Espada began to suffer an ongoing escalation of hacking cases as of September 9, 2009, affecting an unusually large amount of legitimate non-botting players,

WHEREAS there are few common threads of risky behavior and/or exposure, implying their account information has been compromised in venues under IAH control,

WHEREAS the hacking victims are generally long-standing players who have invested a lot of real money in their accounts, in some cases amounting to thousands of dollars over the past two years,

WHEREAS it is in IAH's interest to retain players rather than drive them away, and it is irrational to punish the victims further by charging "Mandatory Fees" to restore their accounts,

WHERAS the player community has become alarmed that the same could happen to any of us,

WE, THE UNDERSIGNED PLAYERS OF GRANADO ESPADA request that all Mandatory Fees related to these hacking cases be waived and that IAH do its utmost to restore the lost items with enhancements and upgrades intact.

    • I think it is only reasonable for the affected players to not pay for any fee because they did absolutely nothing wrong to get hacked.

    • Remove the mandatory Fees which are generally unfair and unjust to legitimate and long-standing players.
