We the undersigned citizens of the United States of America hereby demand that any future Stimulus program enacted by the Congress be in the form of direct payments to the individual citizens and exclude in their entirety any corporate entity. It is the opinion of the undersigned that any stimulus or bailout offered to those corporations is a reward for malice against the People of the United States. Stimulating the economy requires that moneys so designated be circulated for the common good.

It has been observed that our financial institutions have acted in previous attempts at aiding our economy in a manner that is malicious towards the people and rewarding of predatory practices. It is our opinion that such actions constitute an assault on the People of the United States and should be codified in law as a criminal act.

Further, it is our opinion that the Congress has shown itself to be both disinterested in, and incapable of proper oversight of any such effort. It is our belief that such oversight is best accomplished by the direct actions of the citizenry. We therefore direct the congress to establish no criteria or encumbrance on any such program save the establishment of citizenship and attainment of the age of majority.
