We, the undersigned parents, are presenting this petition to respectfully declare that our childrens needs are not being currently met in the dovrei anglit English-speakers program at Broyers.
Many problems make the current program ineffective in teaching our children English as appropriate to their levels and can even be disruptive to their learning in other subjects at school.
A joint solution that teaches English language skills to our children on their levels and takes into account the schools limitations must be found for this significant segment of Yad Binyamins population.
This is a major concern for us as parents and is an issue that will not go away without a resolution acceptable to all sides.

- My son did not learn a whole year of English last year and I do not want this to continue. They need a teacher that can speak English to teach them English

- I don't feel my child should learn English with dovrei ivrit 4 times a week and then be pulled out of important classes to learn English for dovrei anglit once a week

- I agree that the English skills that our children came here with should be used as an asset and developed instead of stifled.

- I think that Broyer is trying hard. The thing I cant agree with is having "Dovrie Anglit" at the time of other classes. This means the children need to fill in the missed material. It makes the "Dovrie Anglit" a form of a punishment.
