  • I just wanted to let you know how much I love the George and Izzie love story. I was against them being more than friends at first but when I saw the linen closet scene, I fell in love forever with this beautiful amazing couple. It is all thanks to you two and your wonderful talent. You had george and Izzie express so much love, tenderness, passion and guilt without even uttering one word. I am still left speechless by that scene. I bought into those two's love for each other completely. The way they would glow when they were together. I will always love Gizzie. They represent everything true love should be about. Friendship, passion, respect, trust and a whole lot of sexiness. This love story really touched my heart and I will always love this couple. P.S.   • Dear Katie and TR, this project is a token of love from some of the G/I pairing's most loyal fans on the Internet. We are disturbed by the confusing media messages, so we have decided to let you know ourselves how much we appreciate what you did (and hopefully will be given chances to do again) with our beloved Izzie and George. I speak from all my heart. I am a mother of a very young child, a daughter who lost her mother one year ago to a very agressive cancer, a wife that married her BFF 11 years ago yesterday, and a professional with a very, very stressful career right now. I have been through it all, mourning, fear of not being able to be a good parent, stress that I will fail my family. I din't write this to complain. I wrote this to THANK YOU. The beautiful, amazing, heartwrenching acting that you performed as Izzie and George in love was my little oasis, my escape, it reminded me of sweetness and beauty in life. You BOTH did a wonderful job and I hope this couple is given the chance they deserve!

  • We all want that kind of love George and Izzie have, the one that makes you a better person, and the one where you know the other will be there for you and love you unconditionnally. George and Izzie were my light at the end of some very dark days. They kept me believing some people do love each other that much and that purely. The real love and friendship you two feel for each other made it all the more realistic. No couple has ever taken hold of my soul quite that much. Thank you for a wonderful love story that ended way too soon. Here,s hoping true love will win out when the show ends. If not, I'll always have the beautiful memories.

  • I adore TR & Katie and I loved George and Izzie! I loved them both as friends and a couple. I think they could have worked as a couple. It's just my opinion that their story was not handled very well. I still have hope for them, though. Maybe a couple of seasons down the line, we'll see them get back together. In the meantime, I miss seeing their friendship onscreen. We need more Gizzie friendship scenes. I hope the writers realize that and give us what we want.

  • I think the affair part was a mistake, but the love story between George and Izzie was not. You two did a great job at making the love feel right and pure somewhat. I will never see the love between George and Izzie as a mistake even though I hated it was done as an affair. I pray one day we can get them in a real romance without an affair because no couple comes close.

TR and Katherine had the most depth and acting range during their times together and I would love nothing more than if they brought the issue back up

  • Gizzie was my favourite couple on GA. I don't understand why Shonda listened to some stupid comments about this relationship, because this was the best relationship ever in the show. For me, Izzie and George are so much more than just friend. They're perfect for each other. I'm not enjoying this beginning of season 5 with the Izzie/Alex and the George/Lexie relationship, there's no passion here! Nothing. Thanks to Katherine and TR who are so much talented.
