Dear Shape Services support team,
I am visually impaired and use a mobile phone with a screen reader which allows me to use my mobile phone by reading out what's currently on the display.
Because I love to stay in touch with family and friends using instant messaging wherever I am, IMPlus would be a very useful and handy program for me. Unfortunately, however, the current version of IMPlus has been made very inaccessible, it's not possible to access vital areas of the program, for example the contact list. IMPlus was accessible in previous versions and it is a shame that newer versions lack this accessibility. Please, could you think of changing this again and make IMPlus as accessible as it was before? It would really help me a lot if I had this excellent program available to stay in contact with people I know!
Thanks a lot!

    • IM+ is a great Messenger. Pitty that the latest version is inaccessible and that IM+ hasn't got many Jabber Features such as Service Discovery, MUCC, yping Notify, PEP and so...

    • I've been a registered user of IM+ for around five years. It's been invaluable to me as someone who travels a lot. So I was very disappointed to note that the latest version is no longer accessible with my screen reader. I am sure this is simply an oversight, but I hope for its quick rectification. It's a great product, and it's a sad situation to see a portion of the user base who have paid in good faith finding that the product has been rendered useless to them.

    • i use the current version of IM plus that is to say, the one before the broken version. I can whole heartedly agree that, if the new version were accessible, blind users could perminantly work with the program and gain value for money and use their time wisely and pla on an equal playing field.
