This petition states that Barack Hussein Obama Jr, (new to be President of the United States of America), was born in Kenya, Africa. He is not eligible to be the 44th President of the United States. His mother, Ann Dunham, was 18 at the time of Barack Huseein Obama Jr's birth. Ann Dunham would have to had been 21 years of age at the time of Barack Hussein Obama Jr's birth, in order for him to have been counted as a natural born citizen of the United States of America. This petition states that Barack Hussein Obama Jr should not be able to be inaugurated on January 20, 2009 and Barack Hussein Obama Jr should admit the birth certificate was registered in Honolulu, Hawaii, 4 days AFTER he was born in Kenya, Africa.

Side Notes: Barack Hussein Obama Jr's Grandmother (Native of Kenya) had stated she was PRESENT AT THE TIME OF BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA JR'S BIRTH IN KENYA, AFRICA.

- If his (B. Hussein Obama) birth certificate is real, then why won't he show the Birth Certificate. Not the Certificate of Live Birth, which may possibly be a fake! If he produces a REAL certificate, along with evidence from the attending physician, then the American people can put this behind them. - every president is held to the us constitution's requirement of being a natural born citizen. We the people, demand to see the long form birth certicate that proves once and for all he is truly eligible. I am a nurse and I am required to show proof of an active nursing license in order to perform my job. My employer verifies ( as any other citizen can) the authencity of the license. there is no exception given.

- If you were really born in the U.S., Mr. Obama, just release valid and un-forged documents stating this. It'll go a lot easier for you. Or conversely, you could get your attorneys to tie it up in court until you are out of office. That's really the honorable thing to do. Just the kind of thing I'd expect from my President.
