We the People of the United States of American hereby demand immediate, and decisive action in the blatant violation of Thaliamar Jimenez civil rights. More specifically her rights protected under the fourth amendment of the United States Constitution.
Amendment 4 - Ratified 12/15/1791.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
These abuses are reaching a pandemic level. We The People understand, and are fully aware that if we can ascertain from the cases that we are aware of that this issue has reached pandemic levels, where would this level rise to if the ones that go unnoticed were added to it?
America has watched as college kids have been tasered only to have certain Mainstream media spokesmen make a complete mockery of it, even stooping to the level of selling bumper stickers at this young mans expense. We The people find it utterly despicable. We The People certainly do not enjoy or share this morbid sense of humor.
It is apparent by the abuses inflicted on this 11 year old child Thaliamar Jimenez, that our Law Enforcement Agencies are stooping to new levels of irresponsibility, and lack of judgment.
We The People demand that a clear signal be sent that will curtail this seemingly unchecked behavior.
We The People will not tolerate this behavior from civil servants that we empower to serve, and protect.
We The People anxiously, and watchfully await your swift action in this matter.

- This incidence is indicative of a failure by the school, the staff, the security provider, not the child.
