We all loved watching Joe "The Bullet" Barbaro on Canada's Worst Handyman 3. We all loved the way he tried cutting screws with a hacksaw, almost razing a house with his sledge hammer, jamming a wall safe into a wall. Joe needs more rehab, so lets bring him back in a Canada's Worst handyman All stars worst of the worst. Or even back on a CWH 5 for more rehab.
