    • I started this petition today in hopes that,in the future, it will lead to the release of Q-Tip's album 'Kamaal the Abstract', which has "sat on the shelf" for nearly three years. Q-Tip is one of the freshest and most innovative minds in hip-hop today and this album deserves to be heard. Here's hoping a petition can make a difference.

    • Q Tip is a revolutionary artist who was instrumental in the development of rap music. It is a travesty against all lovers of his music and rap music in general to have is album unavailable to be heard by Q tip's fans.

    • Why are you holding back Q's album? It makes no sense. To some top executives, who don't really see the music for its art, it maybe makes sense to shelf the album but to the REAL fans this is just wrong! Please release the album

    • I am so disgusted at by this atrocious situation. He put together a beautiful project and all these money hungry beast at Arista can do is complain about it not being the standard of the music industry. What ever happen to Arista Records? They were actually worth somthing in the early 90s but now its just gutter. Arista isnt being real with the music industry, Arista isnt being real with themselves. Arista needs to get free and learn to appreciate real music, real work, real art. There have been so many acts signed to Arista that have been screwed over to the point where it is ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS! What ever happened to Toya? Where the hell is TLCs greatest hits album? What is going on with Toni Braxtons career? Seriously Arista needs to up their game or just leave the music business alone because when it turns into somthing like this it is just SAD. When it becomes all about the money and these public personas, it is SAD and you are truely defacing the art of music.

    • The Tribe created a way of life for many of us (me) in the late 80's through the 90's! Although the group is no longer together, the fans are still here. Give the people what they want!
