X Factor's Kandy Rain should be disqualified for the following reasons.

1. They are a bad influence on young people.
2. They are actively promoting an Official Kandy Rain Website.
3. They are actively promoting FREE voting for themselves to gain higher votes.
4. They have no respect for themselves or others.
5. They are unable to sing and perform LIVE.

The list goes on, but we believe they are in total breach of the usual X Factor Terms and therefore should be disqualified.
