Call to investigate alleged crimes against Kashmiri Pandits

We, the undersigned, appeal to the International Criminal Court to investigate the criminals behind perpetrating and abetting the alleged ethnic cleansing, genocide and human rights abuses of the Kashmiri Pandits, forcing them to migrate from the Indian administered Kashmir to various parts of India in 1990. Furthermore, the role of the people behind allowing the Mosques to be used for allegedly shouting provocative slogans against the Kashmiri Pandit community must also be investigated as should the newspapers that allegedly published threatening messages in early 1990. Finally, the people behind the alleged desecration of the Hindu places of worship must also be identified. These criminals, once identified, must be apprehended, tried by the ICC and punished to the maximum limit allowed under the law.

- This is laughable that someone has wake up after 20 years to shed the crocodile tears! Still Deir Aayad Drust Aayad! The petition seemed to be drafted to divert the attention of few and keep few busy. One cannot hide sins that were done to wipe out the entire Kashmiri Pandit community. To us the supreme authority is actively busy in bringing the culprits to justice and there is no need to beg for the same to any other org for this is assured! If honestly drafted this petition also shows that how ignorant are those who live outside Kashmir about the atrocities done to a particular community. One thing everyone must keep in mind is that the violence done to KP's was thrusted upon whereas the violence done to Kashmiri Muslims was invited even desired by them. So we were targeted and made to flee the motherland that we loved most. The present phase is going to decide and we are confident that Uskey Ghar Deir Hai Andheer Nahi !!!

- It is a matter of great shame for the civilized world that it maintained a stoic silence over MASSACRE, GENESIDE and ETHNIC CLEANSING of Kashmiri Pundits carried out by Kashmiri Muslims in 89-90. Ksshmiri Muslims abducted Brij Nath Kaul and his wife Ratna and his sister Sunitha from their house on 26 May 1990. After having stripped the women naked and molested in front of a large number of people, the Kashmiri Muslim took them to an isolated place and gang raped. Brij Nath was clubbed to death while the women, tied to a jeep, were dragged with high speed and killed.On 19 March 1990 Kashmiri Muslim barged into the house of N. K. Gangoo, a Junior Engineer in the Post and Telegraph department. It was at Chotta bazaar, Srinagar. "Ganjoo hid himself in a tin rice drum but was found out. Kashmiri Muslim did not wait a second; they pumped several rounds of bullets into the drum, as his horrified wife and family watched. Then in a psychic twist, they forced his wife and his daughter to taste the blood soaked rice

- On 6 June 1990 at Trehgam, Kupwara one Girija Tickoo wife of Girdhari Lal Tickoo of Bandipura working as Laboratory Assistant in Government Girls High School, Trehgam, was abducted and gang raped for many days. She was shred into pieces on a bar and saw mill. Kashmiri Muslim abducted one Asha Kaul from her native village of Achabal, gang raped and tortured her in an abandoned Hindu house. Her dead body was later recovered decomposed. These are but only a few among the long chain of massacre and mass rape the vandals unleashed against the helpless Hindu population of the Valley. The rest would suffice compiling volumes on the history of man's inhumanity to man.

- My grandparents can testify and identify muslims who killed two of my neighbours. The names of people killed are Satish and Brij Nath. They were killed by Bitta Karate and son of local delivery maid of Rainawari om JKLF's instructions.
