We the disgruntled customers of virgin media demand the lies and false promises about broadband speeds and reliabity STOP!!! we further demand that virgin uses it's vast profits by investing on uprgading the network in the areas they know have a problem , not continue selling miss selling their product hiding behind words like "up to " speed declarations
