We, the people of Second Life, are signing this petition to request the unbanning of KingNerd Boa, a creative and useful resident of SL. He was unjustly banned for logging in from Romania on a trip that has been scheduled for weeks. Linden Labs refuses to unban him.

KingNerd was a productive member of SL society, DJing at 3 nightclubs, but almost exclusively at The Tube, where he had many fans, and even started a fan club.

He owned two groups, one of which was very active and large.

He traded currency, at one time possessing over 42 thousand Linden Dollars, and lost about 12 thousand linden dollars when he was banned. This is akin to stealing money right under his nose.

This ban had no justification. He had never griefed unless it was a requested demo or in self defense.

He had only one account, posessing no alts.

He owned land at several periods, including a mall, a photography museum, and a few hangouts for him and his friends.

He probably had at least 100 thousand worth of linden dollars, and took one year of obsessive work to get to where he was.

He also resold products for many manufacturers.

We believe KingNerd contributed to SL more than most of its occupants, and that he was kind, friendly, full of love, and above all, sympathetic. He deserves to be let back into this virtual world as a responsible and caring citizen.
