In the interests of the stated goals of the Sean Hannity message forum, (hannity.com/forum), this is a petition to Phil Boyce of WABC Radio for the swift and immediate removal of forum moderator, "Lee Kington."
The call for his removal is based on obvious lack of objectivity towards non-Republican Honored Guests. The Sean Hannity message forum boasts that it allows "all" shades of political persuasions, as long as they comply with the Terms of Service for the forum.
Lee Kington has made it clear that he has no intention of following that guideline, as evidenced in his relentless banning of those who dare "speak out" against the GOP.
Furthermore, Mr. Kington has organized a private club at the Hannity forums known as the "Darths," that meet off-site at Darthcave.com/index.php. Mr. Kington has been told that he must relinquish his membership in that club in order to carry out his duties as moderator. While he claims to have done this, he has not. Recently a "mole" revealed that Mr. Kington was still a very active member of the Darths, as evidenced by his actions on July 4th, 2006 towards another board group known as the "Stealths." For the record, the Stealths reside at StealthRepublic.com. They push an anti-liberal agenda, and recognize the liberal tendancies of the GOP.
These events put them at direct odds with Mr. Kington and their group was banned from the forum.
Due to obvious abuse of power and being a poor reflection of Sean Hannity, we humbly request that Mr. Kington's supervisor, Phil Boyce, REMOVE Lee Kington as moderator of the Hannity.com forum.

- Apparently, legitimate criticism of Sean Hannity's blind support of Rudy Giuliani, by real conservatives, is grounds for an INSTABAN. Lee Kington appears to think that his personal forum views somehow trump the First Amendment. If Sean's political predilections cannot bear the scrutiny of one anonymous poster, then we fail to see where his career strength would lie. But apparently Lee seems to think a poster that has made only 4 posts since Nov 2004 is a major threat to website discipline and constitutes "Contempt of Host." This is preposterous on the face of it. So sorry, but goose-stepping to cues from an inconsistent "conservative" radio host has never been our bag. Too bad Lee has to ruin it for everybody.
