Los Angeles City Council Members Tom Labonge and Paul Koretz have introduced a bill that would prohibit food truck vendors from parking at meters in commercial zones. This would limit the trucks to areas without parking meters.

ALL VENDORS AND FOOD TRUCK SUPPORTERS MUST TAKE ACTION TO STOP THIS BILL FROM PASSING.

We, the citizens of the City of Los Angeles are against any City bill that would limit access to the Food Trucks.

    • All restaurants - both mobile and stable should have the ability and chance to sell their fare - regardless of "special" interests to push out the mobile food market. It's absolutely UNFAIR and CLEARLY BIASED when one group gets favors over the other.

    • Food trucks do not compete with businesses. Let them park where it is convenient for business.
