We would like you to cast Anthony Michael Hall in the new Vacation sequel.

The Griswolds are one of the greatest on-screen families of our generation, and we cannot wait to see their adventures under a new head of household - Rusty.

We also think this is an opportunity to correct one of the biggest monumental blunders in cinematic history: The Rusty Discontinuity. Casting changes brought character changes. He got older, then younger, then older.

We want the Rusty we grew up with. We want Anthony Michael Hall.

We also want all other members of the original cast to reprise their roles. This is the only way to box office success. It is what movie fans want. It is what America wants.

We are counting on you, Sam, to set things right.
