The online petition to the World Trade Organization (WTO)

I, as a citizen, determine to make the right of education for world advancement a fact, have circulated a petition to promote a full implementation of an Education Tax to all the industries that outsource their companies. This tax will go directly to the host country's government and can be only used for purposes of education. I believe that the power of education is the key that opens the door to a more equal and prosperous world.
