To those that watched the news, it's official now; we're going to start doing Math and Science in Malay, instead of in English. That means we'll have to relearn everything all over again!

I say screw that. The government can't change this just because some idiots wanted it in Malay. All the students, this means people like you and me, will end up suffering because of the decision our stupid government decided on.

Do you really want this? Having to be bullied by the government? We're the future generation, and let's put a stop to this! I say protest! Those that are with me, sign this, with your age and school name, if possible.

With enough people against this, we could change it back to Science and Math in English.

Think about it: Do you truly want to relearn years of work, because it's in another language? Your signature matters. Let's make the government change it back!

    • Maths and Science should be in English. When you're working, you need to speak english. And how will students improve their english if Science and Maths are in Malay. English is really important for those who wants to study overseas, and by speaking english fluently, it will take you anywhere, far.

    • It should be in English. Do you expect students to relearn em? Universities teaches em in English. Its gonna be a hard process to revert every single terms from malay to english and vice versa. Rome wasn't build in one day. Malaysian should be given time to adapt to it. Don't change it. How are we Malays gonna ever succeed?

    • Stop the politicking. It's obvious enough this is for political reasons, without any thought to the normal average student's future, and this is being decided by fatcats who don't even send their damn kids to normal government schools, eh?

    • Malaysian Government Has Done It Again. Is It Nessacary To Make A Turmoil In Education? It's Already Enough That Malay Language Is Taught As A Core Subject. Science And Mathematics Had Always Been Appropriate Option For Students To Proceed Further Seeing That English Is An International Language. How Do The Government Expects Their Students To Do Well If They Aren't Well In International Communication? That Would Be The Greatest Downfall Of Malaysia.

    • English is important and should be focused more on. It is the international language after all. Secondly, many students find math and science easier to learn in english rather than malay. Third, during our future working life, english would be prior to every sort of interaction and work we would do. Especially in science and mathematic fields, the language would all be in english and it also creates a harmonious communication with foreign countries as they also would be using the same language. Hence, I say NO to malay in math and science.
