Dear Roy Orbison Estate:

This petition is being started cause we the fans of Roy Orbison feel it is time for his unreleased material to come to the public eye.
It is a known fact that there is over one hundred songs alone from the MGM years (1965-1973) still not heard by the public, and all of these songs are completed and just sitting on a vault shelf somewhere. Then there is the Monumental second album that has never seen the light of day from 1978, and the Virgin record sessions from Mystery Girl that are still not heard, and this is the most recent sessions that many new fans know of and would buy if available.
Roy's 70th birthday came and went on April 23, 2006 with the release of The Essential Roy Orbison, it has become a huge hit throughout the world, and it is a known fact that Roy is continuing to hit the charts with cd releases in the form of greatest hits. It would be a huge dream for many if not all Orbison fans to see some of these songs on these releases.
Would you please consider our request with a box set or a cd release with songs on it that are not heard yet.

    • This is long overdue like his postal stamp. There is an entire library of music by him still not heard by the public and needs to be. Roy would be a HUGE success again on the charts with a box set of unreleased songs.
