Windows Mobile for all the LG S-classes, including Arena KM900!

Please LG, do not abandon the Arena km900 owners! You released the Arena advertising it to be your flagship phone of the 2009. We wanted to support LG in its quest to make great phones and to be the first ones to have the best the you can offer. Now, few months after it's release, you have announced it "discontinued" and moved all your resources toward the Windows Mobile versions of the S-class phones. The end result of that is that what we have in our hands is a pretty much widely unsupported phone, more of a shipwreck than a flagship it was supposed to be.

Please, we ask you to unify your S-class phone series and let us have a new firmware for the km900 that utilizes the windows mobile like the rest of the S-class series, so the story of the "LG flagship of the 2009" wont be such an embarrising one! Let the people see that you don't forget your customers after the buy.

    • Please fix the OS of the ARENA KM900 !!! Better solution would be, to change the OS of the KM900 to Windows Mobile 6.5 and we (the users) will fix the Problems by ourself !!!!!!

    • If LG cannot provide a firmware that fully supports the mobile's hardware features, this will certainly be the last LG product I've bought. Also, I'll tell anybody who'll ask me for support with purchase decisions about my experiences with the costumer support of LG.
