Help the Leffew Family Get a TV Show on LOGO

To the LOGO network,
As a fan of the LOGO network, I implore you to consider producing a reality TV series or special that covers the lives of the Leffew family and illustrates what gay family values can mean in our society, as a means towards bettering our communities through knowledge and awareness and showing what is possible within the realm of being gay today in America.
The Leffew family is a gay family of two fathers, a son and a daughter living in Santa Rosa, California. They are the first gay family to prominently open their lives publicly on YouTube in response to the passage of Prop 8 in California in November 2008. Over the past year, they have posted over 60 videos with a collective total of over 150,000 views, and they have been featured in articles from media websites and popular LGBT blogs, all with very little promotional effort on the part of the family. Their popularity is due to the ordinary yet loving and charismatic personalities of the gay family that has attracted many followers, resulting in over 2,000 subscribers to their YouTube channel. Their online video presence has helped make a substantial contribution towards raising awareness of same-sex families by educating others about what gay families are like and confronting the lies against gay families, and they are being recognized with an award from Family Equality Council for their work in changing the minds of Americans about gay families.
I understand that programming decisions involve a number of factors, including ratings and advertisement support, and LOGOs first priority is to entertain its viewers. That said, LGBT people currently do not have full equality under the law in the United States, and as LOGO is considered as the world's leading ad-supported cable, satellite, online, mobile and digital entertainment gay and lesbian-themed network, LOGO has considerable means to offer programming that enlightens, inspires and challenges its viewers within the realm of our resurgent and important LGBT civil rights movement for equality, while being entertaining at the same time. Gay families continue to be a relatively unknown subject among both straight and gay people, and raising awareness about gay families towards better understanding through entertainment will not only help progress our movement but also help all of us evolve our understanding of what it means to be LGBT.
For the betterment of our LGBT community and our country, please consider producing a television show of the Leffew family and the concept of gay family values.

- I've been watching the Leffew family's vids on Youtube since they started posting them and their openness and sincerity has really touched me. They are a lovely family and they have really done a service to their community & their country by breaking down stereotypes and letting the world see that gay families are just like straight families. I'd love to see them be able to take their story, and the inspiration they have brought to so many already, to a larger audience. And because the Leffew's YT fans come in all shapes, sizes and sexual orientations your network could gain a lot of viewers that may not have ever watched LOGO before.
