WHEREAS: Luke Steelerstahl, Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh, has been a frequent embarrassment and;

WHEREAS: Pittsburgh is totally awesome and;

WHEREAS: Pay to play politics and public drunkenness by the Mayor cause Pittsburgh to appear less awesome;
