I disagree with the decision to remove Metal Bash from the 2008 Mt. Turnbull Festivities. I support Hope In Darkness Promotions 100\%, and feel they were wrongfully accused of bringing negativity to the Bylas Community. This decision was based on one person(s) view and I feel that there was no problem with the events Hope In Darkness Promotions promote. I feel they were wrongfully judged on gossip and hearsay. I agree that Hope In Darkness Promotions should continue to promote metal concerts on the San Carlos Apache Reservation.

    • I feel their civil rights was violated, we all have rights of freemdom of relgion. We should not judge or condemn anyone individual or group based on their style of music, outward appearance, or lifestyle. I feel it is unfair! If this event is not family-oriented, then so be for the dances that are held which causes the same amount of violence, alcohol and drugs. Let's not base our decision on personl, religion, or prejudice issues. Let's hear the voice of our Youths.

Continue what your doing and if this committee member would go to your concert and stop being judgemental of your music they should keep their childish remarks to their selves. Metal music does not bring a person to use drugs and become violent. Its called SELF CONTROL!! Not METAL CONTROL!!     • You cannot say any of this negativity is true about drugs being influenced until you show us what you've been seeing. Not once have I seen any of the Bylas Committee members out there, I am willing to give whatever it is to prove Hope In Darkness Promotions hasn't been a bad influence at all. To blame a company name called "Hope In Darkness" for problems you think can happen is really unnessecary. Read that name over in your head and tell me, there isn't hope in darkness for anything. Because I will continue to argue about it and I will prove, your accusations are wrong!
