Based on the results of a preliminary survey, we have formed the following objectives. These suggestions were supported by a majority of those surveyed. In order to create a dining option more economical as well as better suited to the needs of the student body, we propose the following changes:

Rollover unused DinEx at the end of each 2 week period with a fixed maximum of twice the starting amount
Allow multiple blocks to be used in a single meal time
Make less restrictive time constraints for meal periods
Remove the Schatz-only dinner blocks
Provide more availability in dining options on weekends
Create more options for meal plans with customized number of meal blocks and DinEx
Allow vending machines to take DinEx
Create more options for sides with blocks
