This petition has been created to show support for the character of Belthazor on Charmed played by the talented Michael Bailey Smith. The fans like the character very much and admire the actor who plays him. This petition will be sent to the producers of Charmed, namely Brad Kern, as well as the writers. The fans want The Powers That Be to realize that removing this character will be a great loss and he will sorely be missed.
The following fans support the character Belthazor as well as actor Michael Bailey Smith and would like to see Belthazor stay on Charmed. Belthazor is an important part of Coles identity and to lose him would change the mystery that is Cole Turner. Were so proud to be Michael/Belthazor fans and we always will be. Please keep Belthazor!

    • Belthazor won my admiration be it good or evil. He is my favorite demon on Charmed or on any other show period which has had demons. Belthazor is a strong and a character you wouldn't easily forget. This not only has to do with the storyline presented for Belthazor but this is more about the actor who plays him. Michael Bailey Smith is an amazing actor. I have come to adore and respect Michael greatly. Michael works hard at his craft and it shows in his portrayals. I will admit I never really knew Michael until he appeared on Charmed and they say an actor has a defining moment in his career. This is defintely Michael's shining moment. To not have him on Charmed playing a now beloved character as Belthazor is a tragedy. Please reconsider the removal of Belthazor from the canvas. Belthazor is part of Cole, both Cole and Belthazor go together and to have one without the other is tradgic. Michael deserves to be brought backas Belthazor!

    • Belthazor completes Cole. Without him the character of Cole will not have it's edge. He makes Cole who he is. Julian McMahon is a wonderful actor and would still manage to make the character interesting, however without Michael Bailey Smith's Belthazor, the character would be incomplete.

    • Michael is just as much a part of the character of Cole Turner as Julian Mcmahon. Without the demon, there is no special allure to the character.

I think the inner conflict between Cole/Belthazor is a great thing to keep the series in suspense and one of the reasons that ever the quantity of fans increases.
