Petition against Developers in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to reduce the level of noise pollution as a direct result of excessive construction of condominiums and other buildings in the vicinity. Project sites involved - MK10, MK11 and One Mont' Kiara.

We are strongly advocate the following:

- Construction should stop by 1900 hours on weekdays.

- No construction or building related trucks, lorries or vehicles to operate between the hours 0700 - 0830 and 1730 - 1900 to facilitate and ease traffic congestion for residents' vehicle going and returning from work.

- Construction and any noise coming from construction site thereof on weekends especially Sundays and all Public Holidays are strictly prohibited.


We, the undersigned object to the continuous building work hours as outlined above at Mont Kiara. As this is laregely an already established residential area, we simply do not welcome deafening noise pollution from the construction sites which goes on well into the night, usually up to 2100 hours.
