With all respect, we find it a great disloyalty to fans that the M.L.B. blacks out, blindly, such a high percentage of indebted games via "MLB.TV", "Extra Innings", and other paid media outlets. We've become irritated and are no longer willing to settle for a biased blackout schedule based on the home location. The subject has been widely researched and we are aware that due to the volume of bandwidth, fan attendance and general interest, or lack there of, M.L.B. blackouts ensue. Our suggestions of change, being that every game is filmed and broadcast in one way or another: 1.) Let the fans pick their own M.L.B. game plan. 2.) Purvey a "Home Team" package in which all games involving a select team will be broadcast to the customer. 3.) Charge a small, pay-per-view fee to anyone who wishes to see a particular game.

All of these suggestions, we feel, supercede any excuse to prohibit us from watching the game we love. We are no longer willing to pay the M.L.B. any amount of money to get blacked out. Signing this petition signifies a written promise to discontinue payment to all M.L.B. media entities due to unfair blackout restrictions until at least one of the aforementioned is instituted.
