STOLEN BABIES AND ABANDONED MOTHERS CAMPAIGN

13,000 babies are TAKEN OFF fit parents a year to fill ADOPTION and GUARDIANSHIP quotas. Each social services department is PAID to remove a certain number of children from their parents.
The law states : Social services must only use minimal intervention on family life.

this leaves teams to their own imaginations as to want this law means.

I lost my child and now have to jump through every hoop you can imagine. To keep the next if im lucky.
like the other mothers of the 13,000 i am dismayed at the the fact there is no burden of proof needed before they remove the child. Just a feeling they may be at risk.

I am asking everyone who feels as strongly as i do to sign your name here.

I want a change in the child and family law.

I want to make the aptly named 'kangaroo' style courts that are used for child protection cases to be opened to the public and carry a burden of proof
beyond all reasonable doubt. the same that you require in a criminal court.

- I feel that greater accountability is needed by social services when dealing initially with families, and throughout their involvement, if social Workers are to operate as they have done in a policing mode, then it would be appropriate that they deal with facts as opposed to allegation as much harm is done to people's lives with allegations that are untrue and often biased. I was dragged through Care Proceedings which proved fruitless for the Local Authority and a waste of public money, and because of it both my children have been damaged.

- I sign the above petition to protect innocent children and good parents, social services should focus on the children whom are at risk instead of ignoring them to meet targets, and gain their bonuses! maybe baby a to z could have been saved if social services were able to focus on the intention of their job not the targets.
