Marvel VS. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds should come to Nintendo Wii. [ENGLISH VERSION]
On April 20, 2010, the prestigious company of electronic entertainment Capcom Entertainment, Inc., issued an official press release detailing the games announced during the Captative Fair 2010 that held in Hawaii. In this official press appeared written a new chapter in one of the most popular sagas in history of the fighting videogames, Marvel VS. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds, but unfortunately for users of Nintendo, it will realease only for PS3 and Xbox360 the next Spring.
In this formal request express our hope that the developer Capcom reconsider and finish editing the title Marvel VS. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds in Nintendo Wii and it becomes apparent through the collection of signatures and the detailed breakdown of reasons why the game should end up getting to the players and platforms as possible that you will find below.
Why not Wii?
That was the question that every user of the Nintendo Wii asked when sadly didnt see newly the Nintendos console was excluded from the list of platforms in which will be released this new "Must Have" by Capcom.
And it is certainly not the first time. If you look carefully in company Wii publications from the start of this in 2006 we find that:
Only one title of a successful franchise has been released exclusively for Nintendo Wii. (Monster Hunter 3 Tri-)
Five titles are ports from other platforms, most of the last generation, which were published long after its original realease.
Three new franchises are exclusive games for Nintendo Wii. Without an established market. (Zack and Wiki: Quest for Barbaros' Treasure, Spyborgs)
Two are spin-offs on rails (Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles, Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles)
One only completely multiplatform (MotoGP)
Tatsunoko VS. Capcom, but matches the description of a successful franchise exclusively, should be considered separately, since half the characters (its the most important in a fighting game) were virtually unknown in the West, closing a wide range of market.
This is not to say that many of the games mentioned in the list have been well appreciated by critics and users, but overall, in this hindsight you can see clearly as the company has invested more resources to edit successful and renowned titles in HD platforms, like Resident Evil 5, Street Fighter IV, Super Street Fighter IV, Bionic Commando, Lost Planet, Devil May Cry 4 ... while Wii has been displaced and excluded to the background.
After Capcom announced Tatsunoko VS. Capcom exclusively for Wii and ignore the thousands of requests from users who claimed a version of Street Fighter IV for the Nintendo console, all the fans think that perhaps the future of the franchise VS. would be on this platform. Unfortunately it was not well and we dont know the real reasons which the company had to make this decision.
We do not have sales data that made Tatsunoko VS. Capcom on the Wii, but if we take the words of Christian Svensson, Director of Strategic Planning & Research for Capcom, made during the month of April, the sales had been acceptable:
"Without giving numbers. TvC I'm pleased with. MvC2 I'm extremely happy with."
Tatsunoko VS. Capcom is a great game with a hardcore target, its only for Wii with 50\% of unknown characters in more than half the world ... and are they pleased with sales? What is the problem then to edit Marvel VS. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds in Nintendo Wii?
Also, Ryota Niitsu, producer of Tatsunoko VS. Capcom and Marvel VS. Capcom 3, promised new chapters on the Wii if sales were sufficient, during the month of January, just before leaving the game in the West:
"Hopefully the fan reaction is good. If we have good sales hopefully we can think about more games in the Versus series. Personally speaking I would like to do more. I love the series. []If possible I would mind seeing a sequel to [Marvel vs Capcom 2]. Of course it would probably be a whole new type of game if we did that."
He added:
"[Tatsunoko vs Capcom] was designed to fully exploit the capabilities of the Wii. It was designed solely around the Wii,So to transer the game to the other two systems would require starting from scratch. If enough fans say, 'We want this on PS3 and 360,' we might do that"
Mr Ryota Niitsu, now we are the Wii users which we ask you to bring Marvel VS. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds to our console. Do we deserve an inferior treatment?.
In many cases not taken into account a possible Wii version of a title, making the excuse that graphically would be impossible to make an adaptation. I am missing the brave Capcom facing the challenge of adapting their Arcade games under CPS-3 to lower system like SNES hardware, in order to reach the maximum range of users.
But they also have the graphics engine used in Tatsunoko VS. Capcom to make an adaptation of Marvel VS. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds, because for the little of the game that we can see, both have many similarities.
I say again, Capcom has recently adapted the engine used in this game, MT Framework to Wii and it shows because they used in the future multiplatform title on PS3 and Wii, Sengoku Basara: Heroes Samurai. In short, there is no possible excuse.
Not know the reasons which led the company to not edit Marvel VS. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds on the Wii, but in any case I hope that this text serves as a way for Capcom replant its strategy on this title and they give us Wii owners, which in many occasions we have been denied.

Marvel VS. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds debe llegar a Nintendo Wii. [SPNISH VERSION]
