New Astoria???

Our campaign is called New Astoria??? We are fighting to get a new venue built and need support from everyone who cares about this historical venue!

The venue is being demolished to make way for Crossrail, instead of concentrating on saving the building; we have turned our attentions to making sure a replacement theatre is built.

Westminster Council has released plans to rebuild a smaller venue of just 250 seats compared to the original which has a capacity of 2,000. This just isn't good enough! Music venues and theatre's have always been a target but luckily theatre's are protected by the theatre's trust and therefore need to be replaced, however this is the only reason the Astoria theatre is being rebuilt and therefore not a priority for Westminster Council, hence the lack of funding.

We need as many names as possible in order to make a difference! So let your voice be heard!
