Netflix Inc. will be removing "Profiles" from their movie service on September 1, 2008, a feature that better organizes households with members of differing tastes in film. Let us petition Netflix Inc. to retain this feature in the interest of household harmony and better service.

We the undersigned petition Netflix Inc. to retain separate film queues as a feature, for household members in "Profiles", to promote harmony between members living together and sharing the Netflix Service.

    • Removing the profiles feature of your service would be EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING to me and my family. Netflix, please reconsider and listen to the voice of your customer!

    • This is not improving customer satisfaction but Netflix's bottom line. Blockbuster is starting to look better. BTW, I have rated over 3,000 alone on my profile.

    • This is the single most useful feature of Netflix. The only way to replace it would be to open two accounts, which for the same number of discs per month would cost more money!
