On Playstations official site, they describe the PS Store as:
"Exclusive PLAYSTATION3 Downloadable Games
Free Playable Game Demos
PS one games playable on the PS3/PSP (PlayStationPortable) system
High-Definition movie and game trailers***"

Recently they have announced Qore.
"Qore Annual Subscription Qore: Presented by The PLAYSTATION Network is a monthly interactive video production covering the world of PlayStation. Qore provides its audience with exclusive behind-the-scenes access to developers and their games, from both the SCE Worldwide Studios and the third-party community, where the audience member can control and direct the content"

This is an outrage, part of the selling point on the PSN is that it is FREE, Free online gaming, free demos of up coming games and a range of other content we have been happily reciving since the launch of the PS3.

With Qore you are expected to subscribe to get "exclusve access" to Demos, Beta's and other content, content that would otherwise be free for all on the PS Store.

Sign this petition to show sony that we, the consumer plan to hold them to their word on providing content free on the PSN.

I am extremely pissed at Sony for this dumb ass move... next we will have to have qore to play some new online titles... then all the new online titles... while still having to pay $60 a game... I do not approve

- If you allow a subscription payment, you'll lose a great advantage to the expense one pays for Xbox Live. People will start switching over to Microsoft more and more unless you stay a FREE network.
