Dear Alex Spanos, A.J. Smith and the San Diego Chargers Organization,

We the fans and die hard supporters of our loved San Diego Chargers call for the firing of Head Coach Norv Turner. Norv has turned our once extremely talented 14-2 team into a mediocre losing team. He has done nothing but harm the team with poor play calling and lack of leadership abilities. There are many other coaches in the NFL willing to take our high talented team and provide them with the correct leadership and play calling we need. We have fell from a Super Bowl contender team to a team at the bottom of the pack. The problem, with the Chargers, is not solely due to Norv Turner, however his inability to LEAD and properly coach contributes at least 80% to the failure of the organization, there are many examples to back this statement up and we are sure you are aware of what events occured in games to support this statement.
