We, believe that the current presidential election process is flawed and propose an alternative; The National Popular Vote Interstate Compact. The Compact allows States to allocate their Electoral Votes based on statewide popular vote to the candidate that wins that States' popular vote. It is currently enacted in four of the 50 States and we demand that CA becomes the fifth and lead the way to see this proposal passed in all 50 States.
