The following signatories below commonly agree on the following terms:





1) That Super Moderator Left_Eye has acted in contempt of the general public of SSCU Trench Wars;





2) Has breached the trust of SSCU Trench Wars Staff;





3) Has breached the boundaries of his/her position as leader of the Event Coordination Team and as a representitive of SSCU Trench Wars Upper Staff;





4) Worked against the common good of SSCU Trench Wars and SSCU Trench Wars Staff in doing so;
