The Phi Sigma Kappa Alumni Association of Troy NY, a non-profit property holding corporation for the local chapter of Phi Sigma Kappa, a national collegiate fraternity located at RPI, is in the process of purchasing 312-320 Congress Street. The property will be used to house the members and to provide meeting space for the fraternity and appropriate community groups.
