Commentary(s), deleted scenes, extended three-hour version of the film, behind-the-scenes from the eighties, brand new behind-the-scenes retrospecitive for the DVD, behind-the-music, a look into John Hughes, actor biogrophies, the creative process of "Planes, Trains and Automobiles" - everything and anything that can be packed onto a DVD. Forget all the other Paramount DVDs - this would be the ultimate one.

I mean, he's one of the best and at the same time underrated actors ever, which makes him no. 1 in my book, because a lot of other great, tremendous actors got their paid honors, and Candy died too soon for people to really take notice of his acting side. - This is my favorite comedy, next to "Happy Gilmore." It's a shame about John Candy dying and all. Wish he was here today so they could do a full feature commentary with Hughes, Martin and the Candy-Man.

- Everything, but if I had to choose one thing, it would be a full length feature commentary with director John Hughes and actor Steve Martin. Get them both. Not just one. Hughes has interesting tidbits to share, as seen (or heard!) on his F. Bueller commentary, And Steve worked closely with John Candy, and is a funny guy to listen to. Get them both. It'll be the best commentary of all time.

- I just love this movie so much it hurts. Paramount, I'm really mad about the last DVD that came out (which I thought would at LEAST have a trailer!), so make this new edition good. Listen to the guy who made this thing, and all the people who signed it. Big companies like you don't like to admit it, but face it: We're all you've got. Without customers, you go bankrupt. So stop trying to control us and let us, the consumers, control what we want, and I sure as ***** know I want a "Planes, Trains and Automobiles" Special Edition DVD with EVERYTHING on it! Two discs! Four discs! Nine discs! However many it takes to create the best-ever DVD! The best transfer! The best sound! And then on the other eight discs special features with good transfer. That pisses me off, too, DVD special "documentaries" and such never have good sound or transfer. So start a tread: MAKE THE BEST-EVER DVD, PARAMOUNT, OR I WILL BOYCOTT YOU, AND SOON THE WORLD WILL, TOO!
