  • I hope this petition serves it's purpose to stop this kind of behavior. Completely unacceptable in the U.S., it makes me even more proud I was born here. My hope is that not only will it stop cruel behavior like this, but that it will lead to further educating and empowering the people of Central America to place the same respect and value on animals as they would to another human being, as well as to make it a criminal act for these kinds of behavior within the governments of Central America. Whatever I can do to help stop this kind of behavior anywhere in this world, please let me know. Thank you for caring enough to get this going.
