This is where he is being denied adequte medical care and he is also being physically abused. His family visit were taken away just as he needed the contact the most. We have been continually lied to and our pleas ingnored. So help us please to shed the light on the abuse that is going on in the system! Your Fast Attention To This Issue Is Very Important

    • It is such a shame that so much abuse goes on in our prisons & no one with any POWER seems to care; just those of us who have someone in the same situation. Surely there is an entity somewhere at the state level or higher that can/will check into these inhumaine prisons & actions of "them" & do the "right thing". Until we who have loved ones incarcerated can convenience the "general public" that all these INHUMAINE actions really do take place, then we are going to get nowhere. We have to be able to get them to understand that the incarceration itself is the punishment, NOT any or all the abuse should be added to it!!!!! The physical & mental abuse, not to mention medical abuse & food so deplorable that most animals would NOT be expected to eat it. The general public thinks that ALL inmates are horrible people who deserve where they are & anything they get above & beyond incarceration, no matter how INhumaine is perfectly fine.

    • It is not right to keep family away from the inmates especially if they are ill. This needs to stop right now and the medical treatment needs to be better to many die because of not the right care.

    • This inmate is now paralyzed due to guards beating him, and he was even hit in the mouth through the door slot by a female guard. the guards hid him for 2 weekd from his family, even the ODRC website shows he is still at SOCF. He hasn't been there since christmas day. The highway patrol is investigating, and now Terry Collins, Shirley Pope, and south regional director as well. I want to know why his family can not visit?

    • Every human being deserves proper medical attention. Inmates are human beings just as those who "guard" them and need to be respected as such!! God bless this poor man - I pray he gets the medical attention he needs. More intense attention needs to be given to the INJUSTICES that abound the CRIMINAL (IN)JUSTICE SYSTEM. Maybe someone will take up the topic when election time rolls around, Ya think??
