This is a petition to get CBS to revoke their deal with Real Networks for the live Big Brother feeds.
Real Network provides access to the Big Brother feeds by charging people who are interested in watching what is going on in the Big Brother house. Frequently, the Real Player program that we use to utilize our Superpass subscriptions does not work correctly. There are often technical problems with the viewer and Real Player support is severely lacking.
There are thousands of people in the Real Network support forums, CBS forums, and other Big Brother related forums that subscribe to Superpass that do not get what they pay for due to technical problems and the Real Network/Real Player support system fails them. On top of that, the paying consumers are frequently given an attitude expressing that their complaints are not important to Real Network.
There are also many consumers that try to get a refund when they are not having their expectations met because of faulty programming or software and Real Network refuses to give them one. On top of that, many subscribers have complained that canceling their account is made very difficult, and sometimes people still get charged even after they have canceled their account with Real Network.
If you would like to have access to the Big Brother feeds without having to deal with all of the hassle, sign this petition to let CBS know how you feel. There are already requests being sent to CBS to have the feeds broadcast over a different player, and possibly on their website.

- realplayer hasnt been a big player for a reason , thier format is bulky, slow and relitivly unstable plus you can get what they offer free from other company's theres even a freee real player alternative that plays all thier files on media player, that should tell you something

- This year has been the worse for me, I have consent trouble with Real Player, I am cancelling about the BB10 is over. It's a shame because I really love this option but you can't enjoy it....

- Throughout seasons 8, 9 and now 10 there has been nothing but problems with realplayer. At one point I called tech support and after being on the phone for over 2 hours with them I was left with no realplayer or internet explorer, have no clue as to what tech support did. I finally got off the phone with tech support and it took me and a friend 45 minutes to correct what tech support had done. I enjoy watching the Big Brother live feeds and chatting with my friends however, I am frustrated with all the problems realplayer is having and now causing to my computer. Constantly being booted, feeds freezing up, shutting my computer down to the point where I have to re-boot my motem just to get internet access back. I find these ongoing complications disgusting especially since I am paying for a service that I am not receiving in full, please CBS find a more reliable server for your Big Brother fans.

- paying RealPlayer every month, even after BB season is over. then each new season of BB,my RealPlayer goes down and it takes weeks to get it fixed(half fixed I may add) is too much, I am TIRED of it
