- Service to a country should be rewarded by that country. This government does not even do things for british nationals who serve, except when they think votes will be lost. All people signing should state they will vote in all elections be it local or national for any party except this present government unless this shameful action is reversed!!!!!!!!!!!

- It is dishonorable to treat loyal soldiers of the British Army in this way. They should be awarded pensions by the British Government as well as the right to remain in this country.

- As a citizen of the UK and considering the long relationship the Ghurkas have had with our country I will not support a dishonourable outcome to this issue. Get 'our' priorities straight in 'your' governance period. Individuals who have volunteered and acquitted themselves with such honour as the Ghurka and other regiments have deserve equal honour from our country.

- I can think of many people who should bw asked to leave before the Gurkas and their families. Perhaps some members of the present Government.
