The RSA Driving Test should be re-evaluated. The test should be:
Recorded - Audio and/or Visual with GPS intergration
The passing grade should be lowered e.g. Two Grade 3 faults
Bumping the curb should not be considered a grade 3 fault
Waiting times should be less than 4 weeks
Each individual tester should be rated by the applicant. Their personal pass rate should be monitored and freely available to the public

- I was failed for not coming around perfectly and tipping the curb in the left reverse, but the safety skills & eye contact in all areas was perfect..not fair!!

- Driving Test is a disgrace - should be able to pay extra for a private driving test instead of going through the testing centres.

- I felt hard done by, when i failed twice my tests. Once i tiped the path when pulling in at the end of test, which made up 9 grade 2s. the second time i got the main grade for hazards. Which were unavoidable and cost me passing ..When i questioned my results , i was giving no feed.I felt totally at loss.

- i also dont agree with the new policy of HAVING to do 12 lessons before you are tested, surely 5 would have been enough to make you do.its up to the tester to make sure you are a compedent driver, the 12 lessons are money making racket for instructors,if somebody needs 12 lessons, fair enough, but some may only need 5 or less, parents can teach their own children,i never got 1 lesson and passed first time.
